FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DO I GET TO JOHN’S OFFICE?

John’s office is at 27321 North Bay Rd. in Blue Jay Village, in the Union Bank building.

From the 210 Freeway, take the Waterman Ave. exit north towards Mountain Resorts. Waterman Ave. turns into Highway 18. After reaching the crest of the mountain and passing by Hortencia's restaurant, there is a stoplight. Continue through the stoplight for a couple of miles and you’ll reach the village of Rimforest. About 100 yards after passing through Rimforest, turn left on Daley Canyon Rd. Go about ½ mile until you reach a stop sign in Agua Fria. You are now on Highway 189. Continue straight for about a mile and you’ll reach Blue Jay Village. There’s a stop sign with a movie theatre across the intersection. Turn left on North Bay Rd. Go about 100 feet and turn right into the parking lot for the movie theatre. The movie theatre will be to the right and the Union Bank building to the left.

John's office is in the bank building, so park in the bank parking lot. Walk down the concrete sidewalk that parallels North Bay Rd, and which is to the left of the bank. John's office is at the end of the short sidewalk. We accommodate clients in a conference room next to our entry. Please call if you have questions about access.

HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

Call John direct (909 336-5172) or e-mail him at jwurmlakearrowhead@gmail.com. Please contact him before coming to the office to make sure that John can help with your type of case and that there is no conflict.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Bring any and all documents that might pertain to your case. It’s better to bring everything than to leave something behind that might be important. Important documents include correspondence, contracts, deeds, letters, diagrams, hard copy of emails, texts, and pictures.

Most cases are billed on an hourly basis. Some common cases can be billed for a flat charge. For injury and insurance cases, fees are usually a percentage of the recovery.
